THE HAITI EARTHQUAKE APPEAL RADIO CAMPAIGN

Following the horrendous Earthquake in Haiti in 2010, The Relations Group approached Save The Children to run a free awareness campaign for The Haiti Earthquake Appeal and plea for donations.

The campaign was 100% interviews and a spokesperson from Save The Children used the on air oppurtunity to update the public on the status of Haiti and directed them to their website for more information and donations. This campaign was not only extremely time relevant but it was also heart wrenching.

The campaign saw donations flood in, thanks to the coverage we secured with 10 BBC stations ,among others, and the total listener reach was just shy of 3 million. A great campaign for a great cause.
