Nestle Cereals wanted to promote the benefits of wholegrain on health, in particular on diabetes and cardiovascular and coronary heart diseases; most Brits do not have enough fibre in their diet, which can contribute to health issues. Wholegrain is a great source of fibre and is recommended part of a healthy and balanced diet by the UK Government Eatwell Guide and more globally by the World Health Organization.
