National Bed Month - March 2022

National Bed Month takes place each March. This year it's time to talk about good sleep as millions of people were stressed about what happened during a pandemic. As organised by the National Sleep Council, the day is intended to create awareness of the importance of getting a good night's sleep. It's an opportunity to talk about sleep habits and search for ways to improve the quantity and quality of sleep. Further, the media would be keen to talk about the impact on health and productivity of inadequate sleep.
