The aim of the palmer//harding COTTON USA campaign, was to raise awareness of their brand around London Fashion Week 2014, by producing video footage to secure on various online websites.
London Fashion Week is always a massive event on the yearly calendar, so being asked to create video content for one of the featured and established British designers, palmer//harding and their sponsorship with COTTON USA, was a very exciting opportunity. Levi Palmer and Mathew Harding are the brains and design duo behind the name. Having launched their label in 2011, they have continued on their journey to fashion success ever since. Thanks to their sponsorship from COTTON USA, they have been able to explore new textures and shapes over the last few years, whilst still focusing on their signature item – the statement shirt; with of course a heavy emphasis on the use of cotton as their key material. Creating this online video for them, and being able to follow their journey from preparation to presentation for their London Fashion Week A/W 14 show, was such a great insight into their hard working and creative world. Not only was it an eye opener, but a great experience and an opportunity to explore and work within a completely different field. We were allowed backstage access to the show, and had the opportunity to interview Levi Palmer on his Autumn/Winter collection. The Relations Group team that attended on the day, collated some electrifying footage and put together a really thrilling and enticing video that truly captured the essence of palmer//harding and what they are all about. The results of the campaign were really positive and a great testament to the hard work and dedication that was put in by the team. We were able to secure sights such as, ‘Female First’ and achieved an outcome of a total monthly visitor reach of around 5 million. |
