ENTERPRISE AWARDS 2012 |
Radio Interviews & Talking Features
Mission
Lloyds released a new report in 2012 shedding light on the entrepreneurial outlook of the nation’s students and graduates; it was revealed that half of students admit that they want to start their own business. Despite such positive news, an overwhelming majority felt that more advice and support should be made available to them on how to set up a business. In light of this, Lloyds wanted to raise awareness of their Enterprise Awards that were being launched in 2012 to highlight the work of small businesses and young entrepreneurs. Using two spokespeople, University entrepreneur, Jamie Murray Wells, and Director of SME markets at Lloyds, Stephen Pegge, to discuss the research and how Universities can do more to mentor future entrepreneurs, Lloyds were able to position themselves as industry experts. The different areas of expertise from Jamie and Stephen made for a well rounded approach to every interview and gained coverage on Sky News Radio, Heart West Country, Heart Wiltshire and Heart Cambridgeshire. Campaign in Numbers Lloyds secured a reach of 34.44 million listeners with 2 hours 13 minutes worth of coverage. Lloyds’s campaign secured a total of 50 items of coverage up and down the UK. |
