Levi Roots teamed up with The Relations Group in March 2013 to raise awareness of The Levi Roots’ School Of Life Tour. The tour aimed to promote healthy eating among children and the benefits of using healthy ingredients to achieve a healthy lifestyle, as well as encouraging schools across the UK to request Levi Roots to come in and talk.
The radio day allowed Levi Roots to discuss why he is so passionate about introducing young people to cooking, music and business. During a series of radio interviews and a Talking Life feature, Levi Roots spoke about the tour, his school life and how he thinks children could be motivated more to enjoy certain subjects. He also used it as an opportunity to drive listeners to his website for more info. Highlights of the campaign include securing seven BBC stations and a Heart and Capital amongst many others, with a total listener reach of over 6.3 million. |
