Through their interviews Ex-Mill looked to raise awareness of the challenges that veterans can face when leaving the military, whilst educating audiences about the benefits of employing ex-military personnel in civilian roles, and highlight the transferable skills and abilities that ex-military have to offer. Not all ex-military personnel are broken, they have a valuable role to play in the commercial sector.
