National Grief Awareness day is dedicated to raising awareness about how one can cope with grief, how one can help others cope, and ways to raise awareness and end the stigmas many people have about those that are grieving. After the pandemic, there is a rise in demand for content around this topic and hence, the media will be keen to discuss all the aspects related to grief, popular subjects include stages of grief, how to deal with the grief, how it affects the brain and work-life balance and so on.
